CANDIED SWEET POTATOES
Drain a large can of sweet potatoes and place them in a small casserole.
Add ¼ cup of butter or margarine and ½ cup brown sugar.
A small can of pineapple chunks, drained, is optional. Bake at 350 until the sweet potatoes are nicely glazed with the sugar and butter.
Stir a couple of times when baking to make sure all the pieces are coated with the glaze.
We have these often when we are having pork roast or chops.
