PASTA ALFREDO
I didn’t really know what this was when I saw it on the menus in fancy restaurants Then one day I found out that it was just basic white sauce, with parmesan cheese added, and poured over noodles.
To make it a little richer, use half-and-half instead of milk.
Cooked vegetables, cooked chicken, or any kind of seafood can be added.
I was amazed to learn that I had been making this fancy dish for years and didn’t even know it.
