SPEEDY SCALLOPED POTATOES
This recipe came from Karen Zimmerman.
Place a package of frozen hash browns in a casserole.
Add a couple of chopped green onions.
Mix a can of Campbell’s cheddar cheese soup with about a half a can of milk or more to cover potatoes.
Pour over the potatoes and bake until tender.
A little ham or bacon can be added.
