I have no idea where this salad got it’s name but it’s easy to make, makes a large bowlful, and everybody seems to like it.

It’s also good made with lemon pudding instead of pistachio.

Toss in a few blueberries and a can of mandarin oranges with the pineapple when using lemon pudding.

Mix together in a large bowl:
1 large can of crushed pineapple
1 small package pistachio pudding mix
Add: 1 carton Kool Whip
Stir in: 1 or 2 sliced bananas
2 cups miniature marshmallows
Chopped nuts are optional

Chill for a couple of hours before serving.
