GRANDMA’S HAMBURGER SAUSAGE

Mix together 2 pounds of lean ground beef, 1 cup water, 2½ tablespoons of Tenderquick, ¼ teaspoon garlic salt, ¼ teaspoon onion salt and 1 teaspoon mustard seed.

Form into two rolls and wrap separately in aluminum foil. Place in the refrigerator for 24 hours.

Place rolls on a broiler pan with a rack and bake at 325 for 1 ½ hours.

Open one end of foil package and drain out the liquid. Cool and slice thin.
