SMOKED SALMON DIP
Most of the salmon or large trout we catch are smoked and canned.
To make a good dip, combine one cup of smoked fish with:
1 cup sour cream ¼ teaspoon pepper
½ cup Miracle Whip 1 green onion, chopped fine
2 tablespoons lemon juice ½ teaspoon seasoned salt
Serve with chips, crackers, or raw vegetables.
