CREAMED TUNA ON TOAST (Sauce)
When the WHITE SAUCE is hot and bubbly, stir in a can of tuna that has been drained, some grated cheese-any kind you have and as much as you like, and salt and pepper to taste.
A few frozen peas are also good. Serve over toast, biscuits, or chow mein noodles.
When nothing else sounds good, this is what I fix for myself!
