This recipe will make a lot of cookies.

2 cups of Crisco
1 cup white sugar
1 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
4 tablespoons orange juice
4 tablespoons grated orange rind
1 teaspoon soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
5 1/2 cups flour
1 cup chopped nuts

Combine Crisco, sugars and eggs.
Add orange juice and grated rind.
Combine soda, salt and flour and stir in.
Add nuts.
Form in rolls and refrigerate over night.
Bake at 375 degrees until lightley browned.
