Because all my kids love these special treats, I bought an electric Krumkake iron.
What a luxury! This is the recipe I use, doubled.



















4 eggs
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup melted butter
5 tablespoons cream
1 teaspoon vanilla (Or almond)
3/4 cup floor
2 teaspoons cornstarch



Beat eggs and sugar together; add butter, cream and flavoring.
Stir in the flour and cornstarch which has been mixed together.
Beat until smooth.
Drop batter on ungreased iron; close gently.
Bake until light brown on both sides.
Take from iron and immediately roll on a wooden roller.
